Interpret my dream?

Okay, a very close friend of mine died in a fiery one vehicle accident one month ago the 10th. I had a dream last night that I was in a hospital (but the hospital was setup like a house) and I walked in a room and he was in the bed in a coma. I started talking to him and he opened his eyes!! I started crying and was so happy he was came to, because they were going to take him off life support that day. I sat in the bed next to him talking to him and he spit in the corner by the bed and then laid his head in my lap. A little while later I tried to find his girlfriend to let her know and I couldn't get a hold of her. I went back to the room and my boyfriend was in there (they were very close, too) and he was happy and crying, too. Then I woke up.
