Poll:Would you believe All of us have become like one who is unclean?

What that is saying in Isaiah is that all of our goodness and attempts at being good are that of filthy rags. Actually, it was explained to me that filthy rags are "menstrual rags" and were discarded outside the city because they were unclean and unholy. I believe it is a comparison of what we are "unclean" and "filthy" unless we are covered by the blood of Jesus. God is Holy and Pure and cannot look upon us because we are full of sin. Once we accept Christ as Lord, God no longer sees us, but the righteousness of his Son Jesus in us. I hope this helps a bit. If you need any questions answered try Got questions.org.
