I may have flashed my flashlight in front of my dog now her eyes are weak.?

i had this small pen light i thought i can use it to play around with my dog, then she would flintch everytime she was confronted wth it, so i stopped. an about an hour ped, i walked her outside and now she is all teary, her eyes are red, and she has a little bit of struggle opening them. but shes pretty active. is her eye like this cuz of the light or something elese?
