I need some ideas on what to make...?

I have to bring a "baked good" to church next week and I'm trying to figure out what to make. It's technically for breakfast, my church is really small and to make money, we sell stuff for breakfast when people come in. But most people bring cakes, pastries, cookies, or pick up doughnuts or somethig. So I'm not sure what to make... I was thinking maybe cinnamon roles or a coffee cake of some sort.. i'm not sure. Any ideas?
