Marines and former Marines, me and other former Marine have a bet going, a USMC lingo, "cluster-f&ck", we.....

were arguing about what the word means. i remember in the Corps that it meant a bunch of Marines, or recruits, gathered together and talking when they are suppose to be working. My friend says the term means a state of confusion, things being screwed up. which of us is right? i have 50 bucks riding on this
