Ramadan: Why it is "okay" for men...?

it is not ok or even "ok". And if you are talking about a Muslim society, believe me a guy cannot openly go around doing this sort of thing because he knows if he is known to be that type, no one would accept his marriage proposal later. In the west they even sneak around because of their families. So that in and of itself shows that it is not acceptable irregardless of who is involved.
