How is it possible for people to even think this way? How to get rid of a bum?

We are letting my B I L live with us right now.. He is 30 yrs old.. he moved in 2 months ago today. Since he has moved in we have been full board taking care of him which has made us struggle on our bills and have to start pulling from savings every month to live. We feed him, he smokes my hubbys cigs 2 packs a day (not cheap) (sometimes he buys his own but not often), he goes through a can of coffee a day (not cheap) We helped him by paying to move him here ($300) He has costs us random money like driving hubbys car and the tire was low it fell off the car because he kept driving! ($100 fix) our bills have went up by about $50 a month.. the list goes on and on.. Since he has moved in he has not looked for a job NOT FOR ONE SINGLE DAY! He has been receiving 320 a week in unemployment which be blows on random things like PS3 games. He doesn't do a single thing around the house no exaggeration since he has moved in he has changed the trash 1 time and done nothing else in the entire 2 months! He has a dog which we allowed in the house even though we didn't want to. Now my laundry room is ruined because it smells like dog so bad and his dog puked all over the floor in there a month ago and he didn't clean it so the carpet is ruined. My son is scared of dogs and there is dog sh!t all over my yard now. He is supposed to do our laundry but never does because he is staying in our laundry room so I usually have to wait til he leaves and then get in there and do the laundry.He will do things like do a load of towels and keep them in his room so he has them to use but not us. I hadn't had clean clothes in 2 weeks finally my mom came and got our laundry to help me do it (I'm due to give birth in a week!) and she mentioned it to him that when we put a basket in front of his door to just do it and then proceeded to go on about how it isn't his job to do our laundry nor anything else around our home (obviously because doesn't do a thing!) and he doesn't care what we think about it. My mom said well maybe you guys should just talk he then said there is nothing to talk about he isn't going to do anything and he doesn't care he doesn't' "feel guilty". Hubby and i have been fighting non stop about him living off of us to the point where I want to move out. He is living it up off unemployment (which ran out this week) while we are struggling to get by. He is literally living off of us, knows it, and doesn't care! i can't even look at him without wanting to pop his head off his body.. esp when he is opening my fridge! How is it possible for somebody to even think like that? It just blows me away! My poor hubby was working 50 hrs a week when he came now doing 70 to take care of him! He's never home with my son and I because he's always at work! While loser boy sits on the computer all day. Finally hubby see's the light and we are telling him tonight he has a month to get out! I'm SO excited!!!! I'm about to blow! We are giving him another month and I want him to be gone tomorrow! I don't know if I can handle it!!!!!!!! What would you do?
