Well thats me closing down going out so heres a posser for you great cooks out there?

why do celebrity chefs insist on calling a spoon of cream or creme fraich etc a quenelle when this is a type of dumpling sometimes made with fish such as pike ?? like quenelles de brocht ,. i think this in my vew look a bit silly
