If you could choose your death, how, where, and when would it be, and where would you go after?

I'd chose to die getting hit by an 18 wheeler driven by a radioactive ape, evolving into a human. After words I'd want to be reincarnated as an albino boa constrictor, the ones that get wrapped around strippers and Salma Heyak in that movie.
