I was sch to get my refund DD on feb 5th.?

And the Mon it changed to Feb the 23. And its not giving me any information. I contacted the IRS and they said everything is fine with my return and they did not find any errors. So what I am wondering is there hope that I may get my refund on the 5th? I filed and was accepted on Jan 26. I just wanted to know if anyone else was having this problem and if they ended up getting it on the due date.
