Desert Rose plant, help?

I have a desert rose plant. Its doing well. Its actually just started to bloom. The only thing is the branches are drooping. This just started a couple weeks ago. I thought it was dying, but the leafs didnt fall and then the flowers started coming. I am going to re-pot it very soon, could the size of the pot its in now be the issue?
