Anyy Ideas?

My husband and I are wanting to buy an old abandoned truckstop and repair it and reopen it. We want it to be different then most. I have already recieved several great ideas on what to serve or offer. I would like to know everyones thoughts on this. If you know of way to go about getting financing that too would be appreciated. We have low credit scores so its not going to be very easy at all. And no collateral. We have decided to start having something in life. We have always rented our home but now are planning on buying one soon. We do not have any loan payments outstanding. And he makes pretty good at his job. He is a otr truck driver.
